Before anything is loaded, columns that look sensitive are flagged, and you sign off how each is handled: removed, rounded, redacted, or hidden with a secret key you create. No NetLife person sees your key, and turning a hidden value back takes your key and your own records.
Your data never trains AI models.
AI requests only go to services that neither train on your data nor keep it. Optional web search and voice input use outside services, as our privacy policy explains.
